Inclusions:
Included in the price are accommodation, airport pickup and delivery (Bari 1 hour or Brindisi 40 minutes), breakfasts, lunches and dinners, Yoga and Ayurveda tuition, and a group excursion to a local area.
Most meals and even a meal out at a local restaurant have been included in the price; so you do not have to spend more than what you have paid for.
A limited number of bicycles (10) are available for use. Car hire and traditional Indian-style massage (Chavutti) can be arranged at an extra charge. (Airfares and visas are not included in the price.)
You Should Bring-
- Yoga sticky mat & Yoga strap or belt (mats are available for use at the centre but it’s nice to have your own if you can)
- Good quality sunscreen from home
- A good hat for the sun
- Swimsuit
- Comfortable sandals for walking
- Any medications
- Comfortable Yoga clothes and clothes that allow movement
Puglian Weather:
July is hot in Puglia. Think sun hats and sunscreen.
Closest Airports & Train Station:
The closest local airports (about 40 minutes’ drive from the Retreat Centre) are Bari or Brindisi.
There are many direct flights to these airports from the UK and European cities, including via Ryan Air. There are also flights from New York (Newark), directly to Bari. If there is no direct flight from your city, there are numerous daily domestic flights from Italian cities, especially Rome or Milan.
If you are already in Italy and wish to take a train, the nearest station would be Ostuni.
Pickup and delivery back at the airport or station is included in the price of the retreat, so no need to worry about finding your way to a new place, as you will be greeted and brought to the Retreat Centre.
Visas:
EU citizens and citizens of many countries such as Australia, Canada and the US, do not need a Visa to enter Italy for less than 30 days. Citizens of many other countries also do not need a Visa to enter Italy for less than 30 days. You will need a valid passport. If in doubt, check before you arrive.
Booking Policy & Early Bird Discount:
It helps us run great retreats, keeps venues happy, and helps you get great airfare deals, if you book early. The retreat will go ahead based on a minimum number of bookings. In the highly unlikely event that we cancel the retreat for any reason, a full refund of the retreat fee will be made to you.
To hold your place, payment must be made in full by no later than the 4 June 2008.
There is an Early Bird Discount of €100 for paying in full by 29 February 2008 (to be refunded at the retreat). After this date, full price will apply. If you are booking at the last minute, spaces may still be available. Please contact us to check.
Cancellation Policy:
- For cancellations of 21 days or more before the start of the retreat – we will refund your money minus a €150 administration fee, which is non-refundable for any reason.
- For cancellations of 7-21 days before the start of the retreat – we will refund 50%.
- For cancellations of 7 days or less before the start of the retreat – no refund will be available.
