Shakti Spirit Yoga & Ayurveda

Hi Everyone,

It's time for an update now that we've finally settled ourselves

into our new life in Sydney, Australia...

Time has flown and I am nearing the end of my first semester

as a full time student at the University of Technology Sydney.

As some of you know, I am studying a 'Bachelor of Health Science in

Traditional Chinese Medicine' (acupuncture and herbs).

The course is very interesting as well as very intense, so I won't be running

Yoga trainings for the foreseeable future...but... I will be teaching a weekly Yoga

class starting soon.

For anyone who is either living in or passing through Sydney, I will be starting

a Saturday afternoon 'General Level', Hatha Yoga class, commencing 6 July. The class will

run from 3.30pm -5pm at a lovely studio called 'Earth and Sky Yoga' in Marrickville. This is

the website address for the studio incase you want to take a look. It's an intimate and

cosy studio that also offers Shiatsu and many other Yoga classes, so well worth a visit.
